Infant, with its selection this year, takes an active part in the creative climate, in the cultural atmosphere of Novi Sad, and will offer an impressive review of European artistic frameworks and standards to the audience.
The point of the (INFANT) festival is to draw attention to new theatrical forms, to question artistic boundaries of theatre, to push them forward, and to repeatedly emphasise production and aesthetic criteria.
It must be free of commercialism and general daily consumption, and contemporary in the spirit and agency of today’s audience. Therefore, this year’s selection is exciting in terms of stage production, because the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy four brilliant plays by authors who push the boundaries of theatre art further.
