Boris Čakširan, member of the jury

The 38th Infant left a great impression on me because I was selected to be a member of the Jury and that was a great pleasure because I had known about Infant for a while, but I had never been so involved and seen all the performances. It was a great responsibility as well, but it gave me a chance to have a comprehensive insight into it as a festival. My first impression is that the Festival offers a wide range of forms; these are the forms of theatrical expression, but also the forms of expression of all other arts that come close to theatre and these border areas are never so strictly outlined which gives it this fantastic quality, because other fields of art   always affect theatre and this communication with other arts is a true treasure.

I have to point out that I believe we made the right choices with the awards, that is, that the award winners were those who deserve the awards most according to the sensibility of the Jury, which was unanimous. This means that one day someone reads our decision, it will be clear that we made the right decision.
